Responsibilities

Responsible for supply planning of HDD.

Create and optimize factory build plans and material requisition plans to deliver products on time.

Stewardship of weekly ASM, MC, BC runs, monitoring supply response, diagnosing and resolving supply/demand gaps.

Coordinate MRP run and Material Plan analysis to identify gaps and alleviate bottlenecks.

Drive strategic discussions with the BU to align on inventory staging and trade-off opportunities.

Work closely with Supply Chain optimization team to ensure smooth implementation of Central Planning processes.

Work closely with Asia Planning and Production control teams to execute Production Plans.

Coordinate with stakeholders including Demand Planning, Asia Planning, Materials planning, Data Governance, IE (Capacity Planning), Product Operations Management, Sales Ops and CP project teams.

Demonstrate process area improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MS degreeIntegrated Business Planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years experience in related fields is a required

MS degree in related disciplines as above with 2-3 years relevant working experiences is an advantage

I2 or Integrated Business Planning experiences highly desired
