Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Directors within The Innovation Foundation, Human Resources, and Finance.

Facilitate seamless operations through effective communication and collaboration.

Manage HR administrative processes, travel arrangements, P-card transactions, meeting scheduling, office clerical duties, and other assigned tasks.

Required

High School/GED

Five years progressive administrative experience

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR and/or Finance

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under pressure

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and accounting software is a plus
