Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for two scrum teams, coaching the teams to achieve higher levels of agile maturity at a sustainable pace.

Participate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) execution.

Guide teams to be self-organized and motivate teams to focus on team goals/objectives.

Remove impediments and act as a change agent to implement Agile principles and best practices across the team and the organization.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a dedicated scrum master role for a software development team that applied Scrum / Safe principles, practices, and theory.

Knowledge and experience of Agile techniques: user stories, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, agile games

Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.

Excellent coaching skills
