Responsibilities
Translate business needs to technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop analytical solutions that drive data-driven decision making.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes and enhance business performance
Analyzing and evaluating business process, and through data-driven insights proposing and implementing business process improvement.
Create reporting requirements for the BI Developers
Overseeing the implementation of BI report development and perform validation
Present the reports and dashboards to the business stakeholders
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
Craft and execute queries upon request for data.
Present information through reports and visualization.
Develop and update technical documentation.
Participates in prescribed Scrum ceremonies.

Required
3+ years of Data Analysis experience required
Expertise with MC Power BI
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, especially when dealing with relational databases
Functional and or technical certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations
Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze
Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required
