Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software tools and applications in Microsoft Technology Stack using .Net, and C#.
Develop and maintain application code, configuration updates, and store procedures.
Debug and troubleshoot existing code.
Deploy code updates to production systems using established processes and procedures.
Work with the project management and development teams to identify and fix bugs and identify/suggest software improvements based on user feedback.
Produce technical and application documents, document technical issues, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Monitor and respond to user queries through various channels such as email, chat, phone, and help desk systems.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss user feedback, software improvements, and support strategies.
Participate in all phases of the software development cycle in a team environment.
Participate in client meetings as required.
Perform application support to technical and business users by diagnosing and resolving software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
Follow industry best practices and company standard secure coding practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge support solutions.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of work-related experience in .NET, MS SQL, and C#.
At least 3 years of work-related experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, DevOps).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with helpdesk and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Axosoft, Jira, Monday.com).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Success and experience working remotely.
Demonstrated ability to perform the above listed essential job responsibilities.
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment preferred but not necessary.
