Responsibilities

Update deal re-forecasts, ensuring accurate cost of volume planning and analysis, and maintain the client incentives database by deal

Create regular management reports, with a significant emphasis on recognizing the cost of volumes

Manage ad hoc/monthly/quarterly/yearly analysis to be used by NA FPA team and NA CFO

Contribute to Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting tasks in accordance with both regional and global needs

Boost the performance of the team by offering support and cooperation to colleagues, as well as providing relief during periods of absence

Maintain and update the database with current information

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or management consulting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion, and strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, and TM1

Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large datasets

Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses

Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management and produce time-sensitive deliverables

Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities

Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials

Be eligible to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

MBA is a plus

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
