Responsibilities
Answers routine and specific inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assists in maintaining and monitoring the budget, grant allocations, human resources, and payroll transactions.
Ensures adequate restock of supplies, coordinates events and meetings, develops informational materials, and prepares statistical reports.
Checks materials for supervisors' attention, assists with grant applications and special projects, and mentors new office support staff.
Coordinates administrative support coverage, assigns work, sets deadlines, and supervises assigned staff.
