Responsibilities
Design and develop competency-based curriculum and e-learning modules using various interactive methodologies.
Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning modules.
Manage multi-phase projects involving subject matter experts and SCORM compliant authoring.
Develop content for different Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Occasionally support Learning and Development Specialist with instruction.
Conduct reviews and updates of learning materials to ensure relevance and engagement.
Participate in organization-wide committees and professional development opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred with strong knowledge and application of adult learning principles and methodologies and experience building branching scenarios, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
Three+ years instructional design experience including technical competency and proficiency in a variety of programs and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Lectora, EasyGenerator, Camtasia, Captivate Snagit, and other SCORM-compliant tools.
Experience developing training for Extended Reality (VR/MR/AR) is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Ability to effectively reconcile and synthesize complex and disparate opinions in a group of SMEs.
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and lead and participate in interprofessional teams
