Responsibilities

Analyze and approve user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path

Identify and evaluate present or proposed business procedures and issues to define data processing needs

Serve as SME for team on projects – from small to mid-size scope – both DC Operations focused and cross-functional

Oversee preparation of detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes and present to leadership as needed

Oversee preparation of detailed presentations for existing or new business partners

Create, develop, and maintain databases and SQL servers to enhance productivity and research

Ensure campus project plans are maintained and updated

Manage testing scenarios as required by cross-functional partners on an as needed basis

Maintain multiple remote servers and tasking that runs on them

Manage multiple SQL Server
