Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and communications to ensure manufacturing operations and related functions are carried out legally, efficiently, and professionally, supporting corporate cGMP.
Develop and coordinate detailed production and delivery schedules based on the approved production forecast and business plan. Input data into SAP for products manufactured locally and by third parties.
Maintain the Master Production Schedule and Manufacturing Resource Planning in the SAP system to ensure adequate raw materials coverage.
Propose planning schedules for all production levels, maintain material master data, bill of materials (BOM), recipes, and production versions to support production activities.
Work with Manufacturing and Quality teams to adjust production plans as needed to meet changing demands.
Deliver Supply Chain trend analysis and KPI reporting, including dashboards and service level agreements.
Prepare for and assist in weekly production meetings and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
Review and revise SOPs to improve internal processes continually.
Reconcile inventory of all bulk, semifinished, and finished products at month-end close and distribute reports.
Manage inventory for third-party manufacturers and execute weekly transactions.
Maintain reports and dashboards for lot status and tracking.
Participate in change controls, corrective actions, and deviation investigations.
Interface with third-party vendors and departments, and participate in special projects as required.
Daily contact with administrative, management, and professional staff to exchange information, coordinate projects, solve problems, and negotiate solutions.
Manage raw material inventory, preparing inventory plans and reports, and supporting inventory level determination programs to maximize service and reduce investment.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a highly automated inventory system environment, preferably in manufacturing.
Proficiency in office software packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, and SAP.
Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
