Responsibilities

Develop standards and procedures for development and management of modifications.

Assist in defining architecture to be applied across all implementations.

Develop solutions within an Agile framework.

Determine necessary data structures, processing procedures, and appropriate output to meet user needs.

Create and maintain technical and user documentation of developed solutions.

Required

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT and 3 years’ experience with Salesforce development required.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM required.

Salesforce Developer certification required.

Experience with the introduction of new technologies and standards in an unstructured environment.

Experience in selecting and implementing packaged software solutions.

Strong ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and IT practices.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Critical thinker with ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions under pressure. Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a small team-oriented environment. Experience working in Agile teams a plus.
