Responsibilities

Use T-SQL to access and update tables, views, stored procedures, etc.

Ingest data from various internal systems, track key performance indicators, and build custom dashboards and repeatable analyses

Develop tools to support end user's needs using MS SQL Suite, TIBCO WebFOCUS, AS400, SQL Viewpoint, or researching options not currently used internally

Own the creation and enhancement of reporting tools for stakeholder use

Field ad-hoc requests from stakeholders to provide accurate datasets for fast decision making

Simplify time-intensive and error-prone processes through the development of programmatic solutions

Document processes and procedures

Work with BI Team Leads on project priorities and deliverable timelines

Personal development and continuing education encouraged and supported

Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains business solutions
