Responsibilities
Lead the design of innovative user interfaces and user experiences for new products, from concept through to launch.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product vision and user needs.
Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user pain points to be addressed in the design.
Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay abreast of UI/UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
Create and maintain a UI/UX design library to ensure consistent branding and user experiences across multiple products.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Lead and mentor junior designers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and other prototyping tools.
Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
