Responsibilities
Schedules and attends internal and client calls, taking in-depth notes
Creates timelines and tracks key deliverables
Manages multiple project deliverables and client relationships simultaneously
Supports the Account Manager with daily activities to move projects along
Uses project management tools including or similar to Basecamp, Salesforce, Workfront, and Airtable
Thoroughly reviews copywriting decks and QAs all deliverables

Required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administrative support
Friendly and direct communicator with clients and internal team members
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Manage time effectively by working remotely while also collaborating with colleagues
Comfortable reviewing and proofreading copywriting
Preferred
Experience in healthcare a plus
Experience in digital marketing a plus
