Responsibilities
Generate letters, reports, change orders, forms, and other materials as required.
Prepare subcontracts and/or project work authorizations for issuance, including riders in accordance with project and contract requirements.
Create and maintain the project directory throughout the project.
Prepare, file, and record subcontractor change orders.
File and maintain job and office documentation, records, and correspondence.
Prepare purchase agreements for issuance in accordance with project and specification requirements.
Manage subcontractor document compliance including document tracking.
Maintain contract document records including contracts and change orders to ensure timely recording in Procore and filing.
Serving as a point of contact for subcontractors and vendors.
Reporting contract status and updates to project management staff.
Assist Project Managers in creating budgets and forecasts for resources and materials.
Ensuring that compliance standards are being met.
Other supporting and administrative project duties.
Exposure to various weather conditions (Hot & Cold, Rain, Snow, Ice, Wind etc.).
Physical ability to climb stairs & or ladders.
Must have reliable transportation.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors or secondary degree preferred.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and overall professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures.
Lead, coach and direct the work of others on project team.
Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software.
Assist project managers in meeting objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Lead with patience, good judgement and integrity, always as an ambassador of The Crowther Group brand
Thorough and effective communication (written and spoken)
Physically fit to walk project sites and willing to travel for site visits.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to various weather conditions (Hot & Cold, Rain, Snow, Ice, Wind etc.)
Physical ability to climb stairs & or ladders.
Must have reliable transportation.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
3-5 years of industry experience. However, a high level of experience combined with certifications or other demonstrations of technical proficiency may compensate for a lack of degree in some cases.
Preferred
Bachelors or secondary degree preferred.
Procore, or similar construction management software experience is a plus.
