Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce architecture, administration, and Low-Code development
Design, develop, and support of Salesforce-related projects
Help to define the vision and operational expectations for impacted business processes
Collaborate with Product Managers to document key decisions in business process discussions
Develop and execute system testing, including test case creation and user acceptance testing facilitation
Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve issues for internal users across all business applications
Configure systems, manage custom code, and design/build new functionality and upgrades
Collaborate with administrators, project managers, and stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates
Migrate workflows and process builders to flows
Enhance configurations and flows within Salesforce, making recommendations for system improvements and anticipating project-related issues
Utilize tools for bulk data management (i.e. Data Loader)
Conduct regular system audits

Required
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform and Salesforce administration and configuration
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Development tools (i.e. Lightning, VisualForce, SOQL, Static Analysis of Apex Code, Community sites and Complex Security models)
Strong Expertise in configuring custom objects & fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder, APEX sharing rules, permission sets, flows & approval processes, reports, and dashboards
Experience deploying and packaging using Change Sets, Eclipse, Ant scripts & Metadata API
Experience with data loads using Bulk APIs
Experience with full cycle SFDC implementation, from design through deployments
