Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, lightning flows, and approval processes.
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
Maintain and enhance data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce features and functionality.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and make recommendations for process improvements.
Enthusiastic and quick to grasp new concepts, eager to delve into Entertainment Partner’s industry and gain insights into the company’s global utilization of the Salesforce platform.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and hands-on expertise of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Proven experience in handling Salesforce support cases, including troubleshooting complex issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted system functionality and user productivity. Ability to effectively collaborate with Salesforce support teams, escalate critical issues as needed, and document solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with both internal team members and outside vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred
Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred.
Bonus points for industry-related experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Finance.
