Managing client data through software

Required
Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate various online platforms
Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential company and client information
Task management, ability to prioritize, and easily transition between tasks
Adaptable to changing situations, with smoothness and timeliness
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Detail and process oriented, ability to be thorough, catch, and correct errors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of Microsoft Office experience
High School Diploma or higher
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce and/or Concur
Experience in Property Management and/or Affordable Housing
Travel and scheduling knowledge a plus
