Responsibilities

Coordinating Marketing Projects, ability to manage timeline and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Design experience or minor editing skills is a plus on Adobe or other design programs like Canva.

The ability to learn and adapt to internal Marketing programs. This role must have the ability to keep up with a very heavy workload and fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to attend meetings in-person at multiple locations.

Proficient in spelling and grammar, as you will be proofreading a lot of marketing emails, websites, and pamphlets.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to keep physical and electronic files in order.

Work with associated stakeholders to ensure knowledge is up to date on events at each property and stay up to date on company information as it relates to the public.

Work with all companies brand stakeholders on various marketing related projects.

Meet all deadlines, as set by management.

Maintain and enforce a professional environment.

Maintain a flexible schedule.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resorts and companies.

Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
