Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and update comprehensive plans to integrate data into the electronic health record for ease of use and reporting

Formulate improvement strategies/approaches based on understanding of infrastructure and business needs, focusing on optimizing the use of electronic medical record and clinical system applications

Embed process and outcome metrics in improvement initiatives, drawing data electronically and presenting in easy-to-understand formats

Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve patient outcomes effectively and efficiently

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or related. Relevant or commensurate experience will be considered.

Expertise in process management; training in lean, six sigma

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously
