Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive plans to integrate data into the electronic health record for ease of use and reporting

Formulate improvement strategies based on infrastructure and business needs, focusing on optimizing the use of electronic medical record and clinical system applications

Embed process and outcome metrics in improvement initiatives, drawing data electronically from clinical and administrative records

Identify performance improvement opportunities at the project level using analytical and subjective assessment skills

Drive engagement strategies for improving physician and staff patient care practices

Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve patient outcomes efficiently

Provide review and analysis of care provided at patient, program, and institutional levels

Facilitate collaborative improvement teams and lead efforts in meeting team goals

Design, implement, and evaluate systems and processes to support improved outcomes for designated patient populations

Facilitate process improvement activities using quality improvement tools

Assess the stakeholder environment and build support for improvement opportunities

Establish and manage relationships to achieve transformational change

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or related. Relevant or commensurate experience will be considered.

Expertise in process management; training in lean, six sigma

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously
