Responsibilities
Create compelling web content to boost traffic and engagement on websites
Craft copy aligning with the established style guide and content initiatives
Analyze data to identify content opportunities
Execute SEO-focused content strategies and communication plans
Plan and run organic social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Develop persuasive content for email/SMS marketing
Segment audiences for personalized messaging
Collaborate with brand managers for tailored content
Build relationships with influencers and potential collaborators
Manage project timelines and deadlines
Research external websites for outreach and link-building
Attend meetings as the content knowledge owner
Analyze website analytics for data-driven recommendations
Manage the website's CMS for organized content
Perform other marketing tasks as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
2+ years of experience in web content development and/or social media management
Strong writing and editing skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality content
Familiarity with website design and optimization best practices, including SEO and user experience (UX) design (Experience with Shopify a plus)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
