Responsibilities

Calling suppliers to obtain accounts receivable statements using Auto-dialer technology.

Maintaining phone etiquette standards and professional communication during inbound/outbound calls and emails.

Validating existing supplier contacts and sourcing new contacts to enlarge the supplier database.

Locating new phone numbers and emails for suppliers with incomplete contact information.

Delivering supplier responses to the Account Review Team in a timely manner.

Utilizing UiPath bot application for sending on-demand emails.

Consistently following up with suppliers until a statement is received.

Completing assigned projects ahead of established deadlines.

Re-contacting suppliers for updated statements when necessary.

Documenting supplier communication in the database for real-time updates.

Achieving weekly and monthly individual targets for calls, exports, and recoveries.

Working efficiently and independently with a focus on tasks completion.

Notifying the management team of potential concerns and handling issues constructively.

Required

Two (2) years of customer service, accounting/business related experience

Experience contacting suppliers/customers by email, and phone

An Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Adept at prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent teaming skills with the ability to work productively in a team setting

Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend various account statements

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for communicating with internal and external customers

Proficiency in the use of Internet and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) software applications
