Required
BA or equivalent experience
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and cross functional teams
Highly organized showing attention to detail and with a proven ability for multi-project management
Highly motivated self-starter with a bias for action and focused on driving business results
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Strong quantitative and project management skills
New product development and launch experience
Experience in interpreting insights and data to drive business and communications
Software: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams
Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate complex business proposals into action
Preferred
MBA degree
2 years of experience in foodservice sales/marketing or equivalent
Digital Marketing experience
External agency management experience
