Responsibilities
Operational and service complaints resolution on a variety of subject matter.
Perform research on each complaint to determine resolution status and work with relevant parties to resolve.
Communicate resolutions to clients in writing or verbally as needed.
Manage around 50 complaints at any given time, triaging based on risk/age.
Autonomously work through cases and deliverables, aiming to close 8-10 cases per week with high quality ratings.
Recognize escalation needs and advocate for clients where necessary.

Required
Active FINRA Series 7 License (or was active within last 18 month window)
