Responsibilities

Contribute to defining strategic initiatives to enhance issue management processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Develop and implement issue management activities including policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
Prepare for audits and follow up on corrective actions requiring Issue Management Support.
Collaborate in system and tool development for Issue Management and Problem Management activities.
Contribute to resolving system issues and improving current systems.
Participate in projects and new client implementations to understand system functionalities and requirements.
Document system logic and processes, and support users during issue-solving activities.
Collaborate interdepartmentally and support company-wide issue management process.
Ensure incident resolutions are within expected SLAs and maintain incident management logs and reports.
Analyze impact analysis data and coordinate outreach to pharmacies for mitigation plans.
Communicate issues to clients as per policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Interface with clients on Issue Management Strategy and support Quality Improvement Projects.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.

Required

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Management, Business or a related area. (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
1+ years of experience within a related role in a healthcare or non-retail pharmacy setting.
Experience with project planning, management, and reporting
Experience with pharmacy benefit management operations or Medicare Part D.
Experience with quality, audit, controls, and business process improvements.
Experience with data management and analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

Preferred

Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Agile or related.
