Responsibilities

Collect and maintain business intelligence requirements.
Develop and implement Business Intelligence Solutions using Microsoft technology stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
Able to communicate with end users and technical teams to understand business requirements.
Optimize and standardize Business Intelligence solutions employed at BRAM.

Required

Four-year undergraduate degree (minimum).
2+ years working in insurance or reinsurance related IT occupation.
2+ years development experience using Microsoft Technology Stack ( SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI).
Thorough knowledge of SQL server and Transact SQL.
Understand data modeling, data schemas, (normalization, denormalization, flat, star, and snowflake).
Knowledgeable regarding query performance and query optimization techniques.

Preferred

Knowledge of cloud-based solutions is an added plus.
