Responsibilities
Develop and manage all business processes related to the execution of Capital Projects.
Partner with technical project managers to support updates to project schedule, project closeout, and capitalization process.
Ensure timely reviews of financials related to the project including cash flows, capitalization milestones, completion projections, and project closeouts.
Report directly to the Assistant Manager, Business Management of Engineering, Automation and Digitalization.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and business acumen to achieve outstanding results.

Required
Degree in Business Management or Engineering preferred
4+ years of industry-specific experience
Previous leadership experience and history of leading multiple groups and/or companies to achieve results
Able to identify and analyze problems, recommending and implementing flexible and creative solutions based on customer needs
Demonstrate ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks on projects, ensuring completion to meet deadlines
Have a sense of urgency when required
Excellent written communications skills and the ability to document system procedures in an understandable format
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP
Strong interpersonal skills
Willing to travel to Mexico and USA locations
