Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, including users, data, workflows, and integrations.

Lead the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Manage data import and export processes.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.

Ensure data integrity and security.

Perform Salesforce administration tasks like user management and system maintenance.

Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements.

Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes.

Perform testing of new application functionality and assist with implementation.

Use root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a senior role

Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification is required, and additional Salesforce certifications are preferred

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles

Experience with data modeling, report development, and custom development in Salesforce

Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus

Ability to synthesize and interpret technical data

Self-motivated, with high productivity and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Must have an attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff, and external vendors
