Responsibilities

Works with cross-functional partners to build and execute promotional campaigns.

Implements new customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

Leads the creation and execution of marketing plans supporting new products/services.

Creates marketing briefs for internal/external creative development and digital/social media presence.

Develops and maintains the marketing calendar.

Provides direction to advertising/digital agencies.

Evaluates campaign performance and makes necessary adjustments.

Manages and optimizes campaign/tactic budgets.

Utilizes analytical and research capabilities to evaluate challenges and opportunities.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline required, MBA or Master's degree in Marketing strongly preferred.

5+ years of increasing responsibility in marketing roles.

Telecommunications industry experience is strongly preferred.

Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing direct mail and digital campaigns (web, email, search, display, social media, etc.)

Proficiency (intermediate level or better) in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Intermediate HTML skills, preferably with experience in WordPress

Experience creating email campaigns using Hubspot

Experience extracting data from multiple sources, consolidating it and creating reports in Excel using pivot tables

Photography, video and audio production, recording, and editing a plus

Demonstrated success managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun, fast-paced, and changing environment

Advanced problem analysis and problem resolution skills

Strong customer orientation
