Responsibilities
Provides technical services and techniques to enhance online applications, metrics, and reports.
Acts as a decision-maker on large-scale projects and advises on application and operational process design.
Offers subject matter expertise on systems supporting various functional areas and develops documentation and training.
Collaborates with business stakeholders to secure requirements for operational processes and application support.
Utilizes Microsoft Office skills for data analysis, exports, and imports.
Performs UAT functions for new technical solutions and researches technology products for sound solutions.
Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert for less experienced team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
5+ years of related experience, required.
Strong industry knowledge and an understanding of cross-functional technical aspects of systems supporting multiple clients and business processes.
Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence various teams and leaders.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application design and operational requirements.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to participate as a key contributor on project teams in analyzing, recommending, and implementing operational and system solutions.
Strong operational process business knowledge and skills with the ability to support specific business units.
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
Preferred
9+ years of related experience, preferred.
