Responsibilities

Manages a program relating to resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services and network services project management, programming, conversion and implementation support, data/records management, and other computer-related services.

Responsible for managing the cost and schedule requirements of a product line through all phases from proposal to product distribution.

Develops and/or implements techniques to track product line performance against goals.

Works with customers to determine needs, requirements, and new business opportunities.

Plans and manages risks, project performance addressing cost and schedule, and technical quality for related Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements on a large system development-type task or full responsibility for all aspects of program/project.

Collaborates with Business Development to create, implement, and maintain long-term strategic plans for account growth.

Coordinates and collaborates with customers, vendors, project teams, internal support functions, and other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Performs analysis for contract reviews.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of experience; may have supervisory or management experience. Four years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

U.S. Citizenship and must have the ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance (i.e. CBP Full BI)

Experience in Project and Program Management.

Experience managing IT projects and programs.

Experience with Cloud environment and applications.
