Responsibilities
Lead the production process improvement initiatives within the factory.
Develop, revise, and optimize the latest layout drawings to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze and optimize the flow of personnel and logistics within the factory area.
Identify, develop, and implement projects aimed at improving people flow and logistics efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of optimization projects.
Conduct detailed analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Monitor and evaluate process performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering within the automotive battery manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in layout improvement and process optimization.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
Proficiency in documentation and maintaining organized records.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels.
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Project management certification (PMP or similar).
