Responsibilities

Senior Level Scrum master with strong proficiency in the Capital Markets domain to manage a critical program for one of our biggest clients in the capital markets and wealth management domain.

Have a great understanding of the domain, agile process, and communication skills to own many projects within a program and be able to work very closely with customers and own product development and delivery and mentor and guide the project team.

Certified Scrum Master with Experience in driving projects with Client with a minimum 3-4 years of SM role.

JIRA & creating of JIRA dashboard.

Confluence.

Technical or hands-on Experience in Java Technologies or dotnet projects are mandatory.

Should closely work with project stakeholders & should be able to resolve impediments.

Must have thorough knowledge and working experience in Capital Markets and Wealth Management platforms.

Any domain certification will be an advantage.

Good understanding of SDLC.

Good to know about release and project management.

Thorough understanding of Capital Markets and wealth management platforms.

Evaluating business processes, understanding requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and working with the Applications Development team to develop and implement solutions.

Performing requirement analysis and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Responsible for creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Use Cases Documents.

Perform overall impact analysis of new requirements on the existing system.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of Projects.

Preparing the Test Plan document and reviewing Test Cases/Plans prepared by the Testing Team.

Perform User Acceptance Testing to validate Work-product produced by the AD Team meets business requirements.

Sharing Functional Knowledge with the Applications Development and Testing Team.

Perform post-implementation validations for changes and defect fixes before rolling out to end users.

Coordinate with the Applications Development team during Software Development and provide required support/clarification on the requirements.

Develop overall Impact Analysis of new requirements on the existing functionality.

Perform User Acceptance Testing to validate business requirements.

Verifying change requests and defects.

Capturing system requirements through business meetings with client.

Delivering and implementing the project as per schedule deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and client.

Coordinate with the development team to implement excellent technology solutions to meet business requirements.

Experience in handling business presentations.

Review and continuously improve the processes and identify opportunities to bring efficiency to the system by simplifying the existing process, bringing automation.
