Responsibilities
Lead marketing efforts for the assigned community, including sales office design, creative campaigns, advertising, collateral, and customer outreach.
Develop targeted placement plans and coordinate photo shoots for marketing applications.
Plan and coordinate Grand Openings, VIP events, and special previews.
Manage budgets, cost controls, and invoice approvals for the community.
Enhance traffic and solve problems to ensure successful community marketing.

Required
BA/BS in Marketing
5-7 years of related experience, preferably in residential real estate field marketing/sales environments
