Responsibilities

Working with Transaction/Project Management teams and the Portfolio Manager to develop and review a 24-month portfolio tickler schedule.

Analyzing portfolio data to support scenario planning efforts of Portfolio Managers.

Preparing support materials for quarterly portfolio overviews with clients.

Maintaining data related to key performance indicators and identifying outliers.

Supporting ad hoc analyses as assigned by head of Portfolio Management.

Assisting with the preparation of analysis surrounding capital planning and budgeting process.

Working with Financial Control to understand and verify financial impacts.

Collaborating with other CS Real Estate teams as issues warrant.

Required

Functional knowledge of accounting and finance with strong analytical skills. (BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field)

Strong PC skills, particularly spreadsheet and presentation expertise

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Demonstration of strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Experience with Costar strongly preferred
