Responsibilities
Ensure the tool and injection process tuning from tool study validation until the product quality approved by the customer.
Responsible for the tool and the Injection process reliability at the factory tool transfer.
Take part in the injection tool concept validation.
Take part in the injection system definition.
Bring technical proposals to improve project targets: Quality, Cost, Lead time.
Be an added value on the innovative proposals.
Be the main technical contact with the toolmakers during the project life.
Bring added value to the tool purchasing team.
Use on a daily basis the department database tools (ITV, TCRD, FAC, Action plan…).
Organize and lead the Trial Preparation Meeting. Responsible for the Injection Tools trials.
Take part in the trials and manage the needed actions to reach the Injection trials targets defined during the Trial Preparation Meeting, following safety rules.
Take part in the wash-up meeting after the trial and the tuning loop, for the analysis and synthesis of the global results with the core team.
Update the action plan (FAC/ITV) and display the information to the toolmakers.
Responsible for the factory tool transfer stage (Tool, Injection process reliability in relation with the factory specifications.
Make lessons learned on the project (best practices/bad experiences) and communicate them to Expertise injection & tooling group.
Take part in the customer initial samples parts validation (PPAP/PVS…).
Update the department database (ITV/Raw material/shrinkage).
Follow the Division Quality system and Optimap procedures.
Use the POAE working tools available (quality procedures, Keops, Optimap, Optisup…).

Required
Experience in injection tool concept validation
Experience in injection system definition
Ability to bring technical proposals to improve project targets (Quality, Cost, Lead time)
Experience as a main technical contact with toolmakers during project life
Experience in organizing and leading Trial Preparation Meetings
Experience in managing Injection Tools trials
Ability to update action plans and communicate information to toolmakers
Experience in factory tool transfer stage
Experience in customer initial samples parts validation (PPAP / PVS)
Knowledge of Division Quality system and Optimap procedures
Familiarity with POAE working tools (quality procedures, Keops, Optimap, Optisup)
Preferred
