Responsibilities

Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain the HR analytics platform, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Report & Dashboard Creation: Develop a suite of reports and dashboards that provide applicable insights on important HR metrics.

Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings compellingly.

Partner Collaboration: Work with HR partners to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.

Training & Support: Provide HR team members with training and support on tool use.

Stay Current: Keep up to date of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data visualization.

Required

Experience: 2 or more years of experience working with HR data and analytics platforms.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), proficiency in SQL

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for data.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.

Understanding of HR functions, measurements, and needs.
