Responsibilities
Implements and maintains Rayburn’s hybrid solutions architecture, ensuring compliance and effective integration with current systems and cloud services.
Resolves technical issues within the hybrid solutions environment and proactively monitors system performance.
Implements disaster recovery and business continuity plans, maintains cybersecurity best practices, and ensures system reliability and availability.
Collaborates with IT and business teams for effective integration of cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
Implements policies for system updates, patch management, and security measures and participates in regulatory audits.
Provides mentorship to System Administrators and Junior System Administrators and supports Members and Board with hybrid solutions issues.

Required
Bachelor’s or higher in computer related degree
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Server configurations and roles, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, IT systems architecture, DNS, group policy, storage and backup solutions, proficiency in administrating hybrid/virtualization environments, and proficient in the use of scripting languages
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
VMware Technical Associate – Data Center Virtualization
CompTIA Security+
Proficient with various software programs
Able to work effectively in a team environment; willing to assist others
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills
Evidence of an aptitude for critical thinking
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Preferred
