Responsibilities

Drives continuous improvements throughout all areas of the organization.

Supports the manufacturing operations by troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/control systems.

Develops and implements automated processes and system improvements in accordance with company objectives.

Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and change overs.

Partner with R&D to derive, test, pilot, and implement batching improvements related to formulation & manufacturing instructions.

Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs, product construction and testing to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.

End-to-end Project Management, from concept/costing through completion, with a focus on delivering scope, budget, and timing.

Develops relationships with a variety of outside contractors to ensure multiple reliable quotes can be obtained for each new project.
