Responsibilities
Collaborates with team on color palette strategy and creation
Designs seasonal and long-range product lines based on defined goals and criteria
Conducts Trend and Market research and translates it into the sock category
Executes all CAD and design needs with attention to detail
Approves sample accuracy to CAD and collaborates on technical design aspects
Effectively communicates within the design team and external partners
Collaborates on meeting presentation materials and prepares thoughtful presentations
Maintains an active role in meetings and champions product design excellence

Required
3-5 years related experience in Fashion Industry
Advanced Illustrator Skills in relation to Textiles
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database administration
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communicational skills
Ability to translate internal and external design feedback
Multi-tasking orientation – working on multiple projects at once with shifting priorities
Strong Style, color, and conceptual skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Digital or Physical Portfolio or University project examples
Preferred
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
