Responsibilities
Maintain the front desk for residential customer service, greet residents and visitors, and provide assistance as needed.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and assistance as required.
Process work orders submitted by residents, ensuring timely and accurate completion and follow-up.
Coordinate and process move-in and move-out requests, including scheduling elevator usage and providing necessary documentation to residents and movers.
Maintain and manage access control systems, including issuing and tracking key fobs and access cards for residents and staff.
Manage the scheduling and reservations for the Community Room, ensuring availability and proper setup for events and meetings.
Assist in maintaining security awareness throughout the building, including monitoring surveillance systems and reporting any security concerns to management.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within a residential or property management environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management and office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of access control systems and security protocols is desirable.
