Responsibilities

Build partnerships and work across organizational boundaries to accomplish shared customer-centric KPIs and track improvement against those goals

Work with customers and partner teams to design architecture aimed at solving complex customer needs

Execute on, and participate in defining, a roadmap for achieving industry leading key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure direct customer experiences.

Contribute to developing systems and processes that are better tomorrow than today, with a focus on reducing redundant work and empowering teams to take productive action

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
