Responsibilities
Design and create digital and print marketing materials for enrollment, events, and initiatives.
Develop engaging content for website, email, and social media platforms.
Coordinate and manage social media, print, and direct mail ad campaigns.
Support lead generation through email databases and contact lists.
Monitor campaign metrics, prospect demographics, and enrollment trends.
Ensure adherence to communication and brand guidelines.
Capture written, visual, and audio content at District activities and events.
Fulfill marketing requests from schools and District departments.
Represent the District brand positively through marketing efforts.
Coordinate marketing deliverables for special projects and the Education Foundation.
Serve as a liaison to external vendors for marketing and advertising projects.

Required
Bachelor's degree required in communications, marketing, public relations or related field
Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
Possesses understanding of marketing best practices (including traditional and digital marketing such as digital ads, social media, etc)
Must possess and maintain valid DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to operate a digital camera and capture photo and video content
Familiarity with graphic design software such Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing paid digital ads and social media campaigns
Experience coordinating the content creation, design, layout, and production of marketing materials
Possesses strong communication skills, both oral and written
Experience with web content management tools and email marketing software
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Highly organized and detail oriented
