Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
Conduct rigorous statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to support decision-making processes.
Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Required

Minimum 4 years experience
BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S citizenship required)

Preferred

Prior Experience supporting government agencies
Knowledge of advanced topics such as deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
Experience with financial management data and/or systems (e.g., ERP systems)
CISA Certification a plus
