Responsibilities

Develop and review 24-month portfolio tickler schedule to identify opportunities for client objectives

Analyze portfolio data to support scenario planning efforts

Prepare support materials for quarterly portfolio overviews with clients

Maintain key performance indicators data and ensure alignment with Real Estate Strategy metrics

Support ad hoc analyses as assigned by head of Portfolio Management

Assist with analyses for proposed real estate solutions and opportunities

Work with Financial Control to understand and verify financial impact of opportunities

Collaborate with other CS Real Estate teams as needed
