Responsibilities
Learn and understand the various components and complexities of congress planning.
Keep track of ongoing work streams and understand TIPMed's proprietary uSummit platform.
Assist the Project Management team with project logistics and tasks.
Kick off projects and maintain project timelines.
Manage client content, status reports, and provide onsite and remote support.
Test applications and follow standard operating procedures.
Analyze, format, and upload client content into the uSummit system accurately and on time.

Required
Ability to take direction
Ability to communicate/work with a team and be accountable
Ability to make senior team members aware of challenges that can impact deliverables
Ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize and execute
Passion for technology and/or meeting/conference planning
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of different common file types (docx, xlsx, pdf, mp4, mp3, WAV, etc)
Strong work ethic, professional can-do attitude and a desire to excel
