Responsibilities
Implements and coordinates key strategic projects according to scope and department initiative.
Develops, coordinates, and completes projects from design implementation to measurement and maintenance of desired outcomes.
Communicates professionally and persuasively verbally and in writing with stakeholders and leadership.
Monitors milestones, identifies potential barriers, and assures successful execution and stabilization of processes.
Provides comprehensive communication regarding project analysis, assignment, timelines, and progress reports to the leadership.
Maintains communication with partners, clinicians, and department leadership to identify needs and constraints of project scope.
Serves as a liaison between multiple client groups and stakeholders across various levels of management.
Participates in meetings, provides meaningful contributions, and assists in driving decision-making.
Manages project needs with various stakeholders, including clear communication and timely delivery of project outputs.
Assists with developing clear communications, business cases/analysis, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
Tracks project status, coordinates deadlines, and identifies potential barriers for project progression.
Utilizes efficient and cost-effective work practices with department resources and supplies.
Participates in strategic planning, generates new ideas, and supports hospital and department goals through innovative solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Three years experience in a related discipline, managing multiple projects of a complex nature for a significant duration
Preferred
Master's degree combined with HM Fellow satisfies all experience requirements
