Responsibilities

Manage key customer relationships at all levels (includes Chief Information Officer and Vice Presidents).

Possess familiarity with insurance and/or financial services industries and technology practices/systems to optimally serve customer projects.

Drive efficient project collaboration by brokering communication between technical teams and customers.

Run Agile ceremonies and workshops for requirements elaboration.

Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) for all appointed applications and systems.

Steward Business Analysis (BA) Center of Excellence with associated best practices and project artifacts.

Mentor less experienced Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts (BAs).

Operate independently with minimal managerial direction.

Participate in application steering committees.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience

5+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience in software development and support

Preferred

Insurance industry experience desired

Possess and have ability to apply broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company's business to proactively respond to changing business environment

Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
