Responsibilities

Takes ownership of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Converts complex manual test cases into automated tests, including those with no existing pattern to follow

Develops, runs, and maintains manual tests and test cases within the software test suite

Works with Application Engineers to reproduce and resolve problems in software features

Ensures the quality of Application Engineering releases and that efforts match functional requirements

Establishes and maintains accurate documentation of work and communicates technical issues

Analyzes and reproduces problems reported by Client Success

Performs additional duties as assigned

Required

2+ years experience with Microsoft Test manager (MTM)

2+ years experience writing SQL queries

1+ years of experience programming with Microsoft.NET

High attention to detail

Ability to execute recurring tasks with precision

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

Self-motivated and driven

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred

2+ years experience in a Quality Assurance role is preferred

Experience with X12 or Healthcare Revenue Cycle management is preferred

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server management Studio (SSMS) is preferred
